AVAIO Digital and the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) of Prince Edward County have agreed to bring a $5 billion sustainable hyperscale data center campus to the Farmville, VA community. The campus, located at the Heartland Innovation Technology Park, will span 280 acres and consist of five data centers. It will be powered by 300 MW of renewable energy and designed using AVAIO Digital's Green Compute suite of sustainable approaches. The project is expected to significantly boost the local economy and infrastructure.
