Yondr Group's Loudoun County DC1 is a state-of-the-art data center located in Northern Virginia, a globally recognized hub for digital infrastructure. This facility, part of a larger campus, offers an initial IT capacity of 48MW, with plans to expand to a total of 96MW across two buildings. The campus is designed to eventually provide up to 336MW of IT capacity, making it one of the largest data center developments in the region.
