B+F Timpanogos Provo Data Center

B+F Timpanogos is redeveloping a vacant 50,000 sq ft warehouse in Provo, Utah, into a new data center facility. The proposed two-story building will span 66,000 sq ft (6,131 sqm) and is set on a nine-acre site. Initially, the data center is planned to offer around 5MW of IT capacity, with the potential to scale up to 30MW. The facility will be grid-connected, drawing power from Provo Power, and will not rely on on-site generation. A closed-loop cooling system will be implemented to optimize water usage. Backup power will be provided by natural gas generators. The project represents a potential investment of approximately $280 million. The site is located at 1507 South 180 East in Provo, within the Salt Lake City market.
