This facility, spanning 288,600 square feet, represents Phase 3 of Google's data center campus development. It includes two 14,000-square-foot Modular Electric Buildings, generators, and a substation. Google acquired 375 acres for this campus in May 2017, with a 10-year tax abatement agreement approved by Ellis County in July 2018. The site was previously a Toys R Us warehouse distribution facility.
