The Aligned DFW-03 Data Center, located in Mansfield, Texas, is a cutting-edge facility designed to meet the rising demand for AI, cloud, and enterprise applications. Situated on a 27-acre site with an on-site substation, this data center is strategically positioned within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area. The initial capacity is expected to be available by the fourth quarter of 2025, providing customers with rapid access to critical infrastructure.

Aligned DFW-03 leverages Aligned's proven adaptive modular infrastructure, which accelerates deployments through the prefabrication of components and on-site delivery of critical equipment. This flexible design approach minimizes cost and risk while enhancing sustainability and quality. The data center also features Aligned's proprietary air and liquid cooling technologies, enabling customers to transition from air-cooled to liquid-cooled systems or deploy hybrid cooling within the same data hall, accommodating densities upwards of 350 kW per rack.

Aligned is committed to environmental and community stewardship, as demonstrated by the establishment of the "Roots for the Future Fund" in partnership with the City of Mansfield. This fund supports city beautification and the planting of native trees, enhancing the overall sustainability of the community.
