TigerDC SC1 - Phase 3F

The TigerDC SC1 Campus, located in Moore, South Carolina, is a significant data center development spanning 868 acres, with 250 acres available for expansion. Designed with AI workloads in mind, the campus is engineered for 400 MW of power capacity, supported by a 230 kV transmission line and a dedicated substation. Phase 1, comprising 100 MW, is slated for delivery in Q2 2027. The facility boasts robust infrastructure, including dark fiber connectivity and ample water supply. Strategically positioned near the Myrtle Beach Cable Landing Station and major fiber corridors, SC1 ensures global and national reach. The project benefits from experienced partners like AlfaTech for design, Holder Construction for building, and T5 Data Centers for facility management, with a leadership team possessing extensive transaction experience.
