Raeden Detroit 2, also known as One Campus Martius (OCM), is a premier colocation and connectivity hub situated at 1050 Woodward Avenue in Downtown Detroit, Michigan. This facility provides 10,000 square feet of enterprise-grade, purpose-built colocation space, supported by N+1 MEP infrastructure and enhanced security measures.

OCM boasts up to 3 MW of scalable power capacity, with 900 kVA currently available and 900 kVA UPS installed with N+1 redundancy, alongside N+1 dedicated diesel generators. The site features a highly connected Meet-Me Room (MMR) with 15+ providers, multiple street vaults, and four diverse conduit pathways, offering a unique network opportunity between Chicago and Philadelphia.

Connectivity is further strengthened by three diverse riser systems and dedicated fiber conduit pathways. The data center also includes amenities such as a dedicated freight elevator, loading dock access, and 24x7x365 monitored incident management. Remote hands services are available in 30-minute increments.
