Strategically situated in Detroit's central business district, it lies at the intersection of critical long-haul fiber routes and offers access to numerous network resources. The facility provides 4,500 sqft of multi-tenant colocation space and 1,500 sqft of dedicated suite space, featuring a central meet-me-room (MMR) and multiple riser conduit systems. Connectivity is a key focus, with fiber agnostic access to over 15 on-net carriers and direct connections to enterprise colocation and a future mirror site. Power is supported by dual feeds from separate substations, 500 kVa UPS capacity with N+1 redundancy, and 600 kVa generator capacity.
