Eternal Rings Drive in Laurel, Maryland, is one of two properties totaling over 218,000 square feet across approximately 95 acres near Baltimore. Developed to support cloud and computing contracts, the facility is fully leased. The site was acquired by GI Partners for $221.9 million, with Capital One Bank providing a $113 million acquisition loan. Originally developed by Harrison Street Asset Management, the campus is designed to accommodate future expansion, with long-term development plans in place. The facility serves the growing demand for secure digital infrastructure.
