QTS Blakely

QTS Data Centers is developing a significant new data center campus in Blakely, Georgia, known as Project Blue Hole. Located in Early County, in the southwestern corner of Georgia near the Alabama border, the proposed campus has the potential to span 12 million square feet (1.11 million sqm) upon its full build-out, which is anticipated by the end of 2035. The project is situated on undeveloped land off Martha Berry Highway, in proximity to Early County Airport. QTS has indicated a commitment to being a responsible neighbor, focusing on economic growth, environmental stewardship, and local prosperity. The development will feature a closed-loop cooling system. This project represents a substantial investment in the region, with planning reportedly underway since 2024.
