491st Ave & Thomas Rd

A significant data center campus is slated for development on a 638-acre site at the northeast corner of 491st Avenue and Thomas Road, located outside Tonopah, west of Phoenix, Arizona. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has approved a rezoning request for this parcel to an IND-2 Zoning District, permitting industrial activities such as data centers, electric substations, battery storage, and power generation facilities. At its full build-out, the campus is projected to accommodate up to nine data center buildings, each approximately 250,000 square feet, resulting in a total built area of 2.25 million square feet.
