Additional eco-friendly initiatives include rainwater harvesting, waste heat utilization for nearby farming, and a zero-waste-to-landfill principle. Virtus aims to achieve LEED Gold accreditation for sustainability and has committed to carbon offset payments to support local environmental projects.
