Spanning approximately 9,000 square meters, the facility is Uptime Institute Tier III certified, ensuring high reliability and efficiency. It features an ultimate IT load capacity of 6.0 MW, with an initial 2.0 MW IT load that scales up to 4.0 MW in later phases. The data center also boasts an average power density of 5.0 kW per rack, optimizing energy consumption.
The facility was completed in 2020, and in recognition of its excellence, Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority awarded AMANA Contracting a Certificate of Appreciation for maintaining high safety and quality standards during construction.
