PureDC Abu Dhabi (Yas Island), also known as AUH01, is a 45MW data center campus situated on a 16.19-acre site on Yas Island, United Arab Emirates. Designed to meet the growing demand for cloud and AI infrastructure, the campus is planned for phased expansion. Building 1, with 20MW capacity, is operational, having completed its first data hall on schedule in 2025 for a hyperscale customer. The total campus capacity can scale to 45MW with the addition of Building 2. AUH01 utilizes advanced hybrid air and liquid cooling systems to support evolving AI and cloud deployments. The facility is committed to low-carbon operations, incorporating Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) for backup power generation. The campus boasts a water usage effectiveness (WUE) achieved through a closed-loop system and an average annualised power usage effectiveness (PUE) of 1.38.
