Spanning 7,930 square meters, the center is Uptime Institute Tier III certified, ensuring reliability and efficiency. It features an ultimate IT load of 3.0 MW, with an initial 1.0 MW IT load that scales up to 2.0 MW in later phases. The facility houses 192 racks, each with an average power density of 5.0 kW per rack, optimizing energy consumption.
The building was constructed using a pre-cast concrete system, enhancing resilience and security. Completed in 2020, the data center plays a crucial role in supporting the UAE’s digital transformation and ecosystem.
