This ambitious project involves a total investment of €2.8 billion, with €2.1 billion allocated for digital infrastructure and €700 million for renewable energy generation. The campus is designed with a focus on artificial intelligence and will be powered by more than 80 percent renewable self-generation, leveraging FRV's expertise in wind, solar, and battery storage projects. The initiative has secured a land reservation contract for 240,000 sqm. FRV, owned by Saudi investment firm Abdul Latif Jameel, has a substantial portfolio of renewable energy projects across Spain.
