HJSC Wonchang-dong

The HJSC Wonchang-dong project, located at 522-1 Wonchang-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, is part of the Incheon North Port Data Center and Special Logistics Warehouse Development Project. Led by Bukhang ID CFV, with participation from HJ Heavy Industries and Korea Land Trust, the initiative aims to establish a substantial 120MW data center. As of late July 2025, the project is continuing promotion with an extended bridge loan, though it is encountering hurdles related to power supply and licensing, including ongoing deliberations for port detailed facility creation plan changes. Securing a 120MW power supply is critical for the project's progression. Upon completion, it is anticipated to serve as a significant data infrastructure hub for the Incheon region.
