Anan’s Tzora data center is located between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, offering fast access to Israel’s major business hubs. The facility is built underground for enhanced physical and cyber security, with protection against fire, flooding, and unauthorized access.
It will deliver 32 MVA of power across 24,000 square meters, designed to Tier III and Tier IV standards. The site includes two underground floors and one above-ground level, with N+N redundancy and high-efficiency electrical systems to ensure 100% uptime.
Cooling is provided by a 2N water-cooled chiller system supported by MATAM Energy Center, along with N+1 CRAH units. The design targets a PUE of 1.4, balancing performance with sustainability.
Security features include 24/7 on-site personnel, biometric access controls, and CCTV surveillance with 60-day retention. Tzora is engineered for high-density workloads and long-term reliability.
