150 West Georgia, located at 150 W Georgia St in Vancouver, Canada, is a municipally approved site designated for a 10-story AI data center. Allied Properties REIT is developing this facility, with local utility BC Hydro committed to providing 39MW of power, with a clear path to 50MW and potential for up to 100MW. The project may also integrate with Creative Energy’s district heating network. Allied Properties has extended Westbank's loan for the site to the end of December 2026, reflecting the project's shift from office to data center use. Upon completion, Allied and Westbank intend to sell a major portion of the site to a Canadian operator, while retaining a minority interest.
