Crusoe Alsike Energy Park

Crusoe Cloud is developing AI data centers in Alberta, Canada, in partnership with Kalina Distributed Power (KDP). These data centers will be colocated with KDP's natural gas-fired power plants, including the 160-acre Alsike Energy Park. Crusoe will own and operate the data centers, purchasing power through long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with KDP. All three KDP power plants will incorporate carbon capture and sequestration technology. The selected sites offer access to essential infrastructure such as electricity transmission, gas pipelines, and fiber optic cables. Environmental studies have been conducted at the Alsike location, and system access requests have been filed with the Alberta Electric System Operator.
